06-May-2008 - Internal Clan Banner Hosting
All the memberlist clan / group banner hosting has been changed so all the banners will now be hosted internally on the RuneHead server instead of linking to an external website.
Making this change will have the following advantages over the old method:
- Since the banner will hosted internally on the RuneHead server, the loading of the banner will be faster and the RuneHead server won't need
19-Apr-2008 - Fist of Guthix Minigame
The new minigame Fist of Guthix has been added to the RuneScape Hiscores Catalogue.
This will carry over to every page that has the other minigame stats such as the memberlists, personal stats page, minigame database and the compare page.
Each memberlist will need to be updated before the stats will show for this new minigame.

We have added a new feature to the Admin Control Panel, an Import / Export Members feature.
This will feature will allow you:
- Import members from a .txt or .csv file on your computer and specify each members' RuneScape name rank.
- Export all your members from your memberlist into a text tab delimited (.txt) file.

A "Printable Version" option has been added to the top right hand side of the memberlists. Using this feature will allow you to generate a printable version of any memberlist in a Portable Document Format (PDF) file.

A "Report List" feature has been added to the Hiscores Catalogue memberlists. This feature will allow you to report any memberlists that are breaking the guidelines of this service or are under the wrong memberlist category.

A memberlist preview has been added to the Admin Control Panel of the Hiscores Catalogue. This preview will display when you are under the "Colour Details" part of the Admin Control Panel and will automatically update the preview whenever you make a change to one of the colour or font options. This is useful for when you want to see how a change may look without having to save the change first.

A lot of the backend code in RSHSC has been rewritten to make the entire system more reliable and hopefully faster in most cases.

- In the Admin CP, there is now a colour table icon which allows you to choose 1 of 127 colours. Manual entering of colours still works.
- The combat formula has been improved and much more accurate now.

I am sorry to say that the auto updater has been taken off-line for the time being, updating the over 2,000 memberlists (with a est. total 90k usernames needing updates per day) of which have requested the feature enable is a very big mouthful, and to make the program which does the updatings cope with it all, we need to make some benchmark tests to figure out the best way of updating. Over the last few days I have made quite a few small changes to RSHSC. Most of them are not too major, but in case you are wondering:
- You can now edit your memberlists website URL under the Admin CP.
- The Admin CP has been slightly changed and the amount of buttons reduced to make it easier to make changes to your memberlist.

27-Aug-2006 - Things Back To Normal
Everything should finally be back to normal now. The server is online and is working well, the auto and manual updating systems are back and working again and registrations should be fully working again.Again I apologise for the amount of time the service was having problems, but now that the new server is up and running things should be running well from now on.

I am sure a lot of you have noticed a lot of errors on the site. Basically the current server is not able to handle the current load of the site and therefore keeps crashing a lot.
A new improved server should be online within the next day or 2, so things should be back to normal then.In the mean time you may have trouble updating or accessing the Admin CP, I apologise for any inconvenience this
10-Jul-2006 - New Domain, Clan Search Faster
Few small changes to mention today.
1. RSHSC is now available on http://www.rshsc.net. It is recommended that you use the new address, but don't have to. The old address will still work, at least for now.
2. I have redone the clan member search feature as some people mentioned it was extremely slow. It is now many times faster compared to before.
08-Jul-2006 - Donations Needed
RSHSC is in desperate need of any donations. Currently the server costs well over $125 a month and still struggles to cope with usuage (therfore it may have to be upgraded still). This simply is too expensive to be covered by a single person. If RSHSC does not start getting some donations then the future of RSHSC is not too promising.

04-Jun-2006 - Clan DB / Non-Clan DB
Today I have added a new feature which sees the Clan DB get divided into 2 DB pages. This will now attempt to keep clans and non-clans seperate. If you log into the Admin CP you will get a message asking whether your memberlist is a clan or non-clan.

A small but helpful update today with the addition of Colours for the messages you receive after changing something in the Admin CP. If you make an error, the text will appear as white and if you successfully complete an operation it will then appear as gold text.

Today I have added a feature for the the Clan DB page which will display each Clan's average Skill Total.
